Vanessa Merle McFarlin, age 48, sadly passed away on January 30, 2023.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff McFarlin; children, Brandon Reid and Steven McFarlin (Annie); sister, Carrie Harney (Michael); father, Tom Reid (Catherine); mother, Charla Godwin; aunts, Paula Collins (Tom) and Judy Reese (Bill); uncle, Billy Reid; four nephews and numerous cousins, as well as many friends who loved her.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2023, at University Baptist Church, 16106 Middlebrook Drive, Houston (Clear Lake), Texas 77059.  Please join us to share our memories of Vanessa following the service.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
